General Terms
- We have a strict 'No Smoking' policy throughout the entire guesthouse.
- The maximum occupancy per room is 2.
- Unfortunately, we do not take bookings for children unless a family reserves both rooms in the main guesthouse, limiting any associated disturbance to their party only. In such cases, children may be permitted. Prior arrangement is necessary and dependent entirely on our discretion so please contact us before making a booking if you wish to bring children.
- Your room will be available from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival. Check-in is 4 p.m.-7 p.m. If you plan to arrive after 7 p.m., please contact us to arrange a late check-in.
- We request that you vacate your room by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
-Payment can be made by BACS, cash, or credit/debit cards.
Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel, your reservation the following conditions apply:
-There will be no charge for cancelations up to 7 days before arrival for direct bookings made through our website/over the phone.
-Cancelations within the 7 days before arrival will be charged in full.
-It is always recommended that travel insurance is taken out to cover all eventualities.
- Please note that we are unable to amend an original two or more night reservation to a single night booking during peak season (May-September). During these months, there is a two-night minimum booking restriction. We do however occasionally have the odd gap in our diary for single nights' and these can be booked online.
Covid 19 and other illnesses
If you become ill whilst staying with us and are unable to travel then you will be liable for any costs associated with your extended stay. This will include the cost of additional nights and any meals provided. Exceptionally, it may also result in a charge for any other cost associated with your extended stay e.g. any cost we would incur for relocating/refunding guests who were due to stay in the room you are occupying.
